X1 boxes have entirely different signal requirements than legacy boxes. Just because older legacy boxes worked for you does not mean X1 boxes will.

Comcast should prescreen customers houses for X1 installs but they made the decision a long time ago not to do that.

We've had Comcast 10+ years now, but it seems since Xfinity we have had more problems...could be because all the electronics have gotten so fancy too! Thanks again for responding.
