Thanks for your replies, Rick.

I've not returned to the site, so it is certainly possible something has changed.

Do you have any thoughts on the XG1-P device I'm using to control the 5 boxes?  It's currently still working for the 3 X13s, and not the XG1 or XG2.  I don't know what the "P" denotes, but I'd believe it should work just fine with the XG1 at a minimum. The "P" means it is a Pace made box. Don't overthink this. I highly doubt it is your problem here.

X1 boxes use a unique and old school set of IR codes. Comcast appears to have an unknown agenda with their IR codes which they have not perfected. It appears that X1 DVR boxes are easily overloaded by IR commands. Hopefully you know how to troubleshoot this. I have made countless posts in this forum in regards to this issue.

EDIT: What IR device(s) are you using via your URC and Harmony to control your XG1-P and XG2s?  Do you believe the IR commands for the XG1-P should control both my XG1 and XG2? I do not understand your question.

I have a URC MX-780 and a wide assortment of Harmony remotes. I primarily use Harmony 900s (the most underrated universal remote of all time). Of course IR commands work. I am using both IR and RF remote commands on my X1 boxes as I write this....
