Re: Need to factory reset X1 Boxes

It didn't help at all. Still throwing the same error. A woman called from comcast and said it appears to be more of an account issue and that for some reason 3 of the boxes are showing up on one account and the dvr is showing up on another.

She said she would try to alert 'Tier 2' tech support and that she would call back, but hasn't. [Received this phone call yesterday]
