All, we have been on X1 for the last two years, but with the older boxes. Coccast has optimized our install and installed a booster over two years. Again, our signal was great.

We move to these new boxes and we have the same RDK3004 error daily. I am considering moving to the basic cable b/c this is crazy. BTW, it sits at 1pst.
