1. X1 cable TV service has nothing to do with Roku.
2. If you are interested in Roku, you will need to buy a device that provides Roku.
3. If you have an internet connection, you can stream on a Roku device. If you have a Roku device.
3. I have Comcast internet service and I also have three Roku boxes. They work just fine.
