Well,
My X1 has worked perfectly for three years and I know why. Yours doesn't work right and I know why....
You have received plently of valuable and accurate advice that it appears you have chosen not to act on.
Like most people, you want some unknown backroom Comcast employee to flick a top secret switch that will fix your issues. That has been known to happen with X1 but it is very rare.
It's up to you where you go from here but if you aren't going to listen to or act on the advice YOU HAVE REQUESTED then why are you taking the time to post in this forum?
Feel free to go ahead and find a better source for troubleshooting X1 service.........................
MatthewS12 wrote:No offense to you but what purpose do you and these forums serve if your answer to everything is send a tech out? This isn't a self install. The stuff was already installed weeks ago and working fine now it does this. There is no way I am the first this has happened to. You think I want to be on these forums after work bro?
