Yesterday, using the web portal (https://tv.xfinity.com), I had approximately 200 recordings showing in the cloud at about 70% of my space used (many recordings in SD). Today, when I go to https://tv.xfinity.com, it is only showing 32 recordings (19 of which are SD) and it says 98% full. A check on my mobile device confirms the same. All previous recordings are on my physical DVR (69% full with 200 recordings). What happened and what is going on? Are these recordings lost?
