Yes, same login I use for my email. I'm able to schedule recordings and change the channel with that login.
I tried again just now and it didn't work. It does have an info symbol that when clicked states "Some networks only allow their content to be viewed when you are on your home WiFi". So somehow it doesn't think I am even though it is a secured network. I'm using a firefox browser and have Trend Micro virus protection. Perhaps that has something to do with it. I'll call support later today and see what they say about it not working like it should. I'll let you know what they say is going on. It definitely looks like you're right.
