Sorry but you need to contact Comcast directly. You have a connection problem to the Comcast network and nobody hanging out here can help you with this.
However, this is not uncommon with apartments. You may also need to get your building management involved in this...

This has happened multiple times since we've moved to the apartment complex we're in now. I have no idea what's going on or why this continues to happen. Any ideas? By the way, I've tried multiple times to unplug and/or restart the modem and cable boxes, and I've tried disconnecting them from the splitter and plugging them directly to the wall. Still nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
