I've also gotten the same error code RDK-03004 over and over and over again. The weird thing is, I had Comcast for almost a year before i moved to the city I'm in now and never had any issues. As soon as i moved to this area, nothing but problems every other day. I never had to call a Yech out at the old place. I've been here since October and I've had to have one out at least once a month since then. I think it's total bs they just credit you for the day you don't have service. What about the huge inconvenience?!
