Here's the deal. The signal results you are seeing are only half the picture. Your SNR is within spec but is low for my taste. You could have noise on the line which only an onsite tech can test for. The only person that can see ALL of your signal information is a Comcast tech who is at your house. Comcast employees at remote locations cannot see everything.
That being said, RDK-03002 usually means that particular X1 box has a horrible connection to the Comcast network or no connection at all.
Try to be patient. The tech will get you taken care of.

Still getting RDK-03002. Have a tech taking a look tomorrow but if anything is out of spec can someone let me know WHAT is out of spec?
