XR15 Remote Keeps Getting Unpaired
I just got a new XR15 and cable box (G2v2-P) two days ago. I've paired the two, and they stay paired all day (even when turning off the TV), but each of the last two mornings, I've been prompted to re-pair them. Any ideas of what's causing this and how to address it? Â
Re: No picture on TV
That sounds like your TV's remote, not the X1 remote.
Re: X1 Platform - Continues to say connecting to entertainment experience
Did you try unpluggng the X1 box and plug it back in?
Re: X1 audible alert
The X1 system does not have that feature.
Re: XRE-10007 Error on bedroom companion box
I had Xfinity installed on Friday. I have not had the service not even one full week. Last night, the television turned black and I received the error message XRE-1007. I called to speak with tier 2 level support - nothing. I unplugged, replugged, turned everything off, and nothing! I did the system refresh on all three boxes in my home - nothing! I tried the system restart and received error message 500 - browser message. I am not impressed at all. I am ready to return to AT&T!
Â
Is there anything I can do before I unplug all of the equipment and return it to Comcast?
Re: XRE-10007 Error on bedroom companion box
Is the companion an Xi5 wifi STB? You may have MoCA connection issues. Â
Re: Re-launch photos app
Not sure what you mean.

Everything is out but no outage reported. Per the notes on your account, you refused a tech to come out. Do you possibly have an amp that lost power?
Re: X1 PLATFORM QUESTION
The response was helpful thanks again
Re: X1 self-install advice
Hi!
Â
Is this amp something Comcast will supply if I have them come out and hook things up and they see that I need a 5-way splitter? Or can I pick one up at the Comcast store when I pick up the main 2-way splitter? (I seem to remember that Comcast has always supplied splitters and amps free of charge when I've been hooked up in the past...)
Â
Thanks!

Re: XRE-10007 Error on bedroom companion box
Try a Mocca Filter just prior to the WiFi Modem, also make sure you have diurect runs (homeruns) to your DVR and to the other X1 Boxes. The last thing is the quality of cables you have. Hope this helps.Â
My problem was the Mocca Filter at the Modem and a splitter in the attic...all dialed in now.

Re: XRE-10007 Error on bedroom companion box
Try a mocca filter at the wifi modem, and yes a split can interfere. Try without the split and see.Â
Re: X1 self-install advice
Hopefully the stores will at least have the 2-way splitter...?Â

I DID NOT REFUSE A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT!Â
I EXPLAINED TO THE LOYALTY REP 5 TIMES THAT I HAVE TO BURY MY MOTHER IN-LAWÂ ON FRIDAY AND I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO SIT AT HOME WAITING FOR A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT!Â

Re: XRE-10007 Error on bedroom companion box
I did it myself...no need to wait for a technician.
Re: XRE-10007 Error on bedroom companion box
No power outages! the phone and the internet are now working fine. The television displays XRE-10007 and the box in my living room is tuck on "boot".
