The smaller boxes don’t need as clean of a signal as the box you’re referring to. Was this a self install or tech install?

Good morning I'm a X1 platform subscriber I agree recently had a little like the last year I've had a problem with one particular application x one game platform now I keep getting toll different ideas of what what this is happened why this is happening now I'm not getting no real true answers I think somebody's trying to cover something up the area code I get a 04277 and they said that gets tied into what's called supposedly initial outage I've already did research on that I've been in touch with the people from play works nothing seems to be getting done and I want to know does anybody has had any type of issues like this trying to launch the game application the game tree TV transgaming court all the clay works game application where won't load please give me your input

firefox007, what service issues are you experiencing exactly? Are you having issues with a gaming server?

why do I get this message on my second tv when I can hear the station playing on my #1 tv?

You’ll probably need a tech back out to check those channel’s frequencies. If you need assistance with getting one out let us know

Thank you, also have one more issue, one of the 2nf floor  xfinity app for netflix is not working.  Tried to reset netflix but is didnt work.  Looks like I'll be keeping a tech busy.

What 2 boxes do you have? That’s a tuning error code. If it works on one and not the other it’s going to either be an interior cable issue or equipment issue. Temporarily switch locations of the two boxes and see if the error code follows the box or not

well I get to the game app the opening of the game app and the title screen and there are three dots the system is attempting to load the game but it doesn't go no further it only gives me an error code 04277 since been in touch with one of the technical people over at playworks they said something about this had to do with the national outage I really don't believe that because honestly I mean not everybody in the entire country is having this exact problem but I have had I've tried every technical trick in the book to get this thing up and running and it still doesn't but yet say people in the same area code and zip code are able to access it so it's basically a geographical issue but no one's giving me no answers and XFinity will not tell me whether or not they knew actually they they did they did tell me they were saying they didn't know about no7 line earlier this year

Got it, thanks for that error code. I am able to see the games from Play Work. What are the names of the games you're having trouble with? Are they in the free games folder?

All of the games on the free game application on the X1 they do not work if you try that if I try to access from single lie I get nothing but black screen no audio no video no data is being pumped through no error code the only place to get the I get the error code is on the main game hub which is that one block on the featured in the featured apps on the X1

WIRELESS BOX FROZEN

CABLE GUY CAME TODAY AND SAID HE COULDNT INSTALL WIRING TO A PARTICULar tv, so he installed a wireless box. he did mention that if picture ever froze, to unplug iit for a few seconds. it worked fine while he was here and for a little while after he left.

 

tonight i turned on tv and picture was frozen. ive since unplugged it multiple times, but it always gets stuck at screen trhat says "welcome connecting to your entertainment experience".

 

the box is only about. 6 feet from modem.

 

any solution to fix this?
