Sorry, this is a new error code I have not seen. However based on previous experience with X1 error codes it looks like a "no connection" code.
Hopefully you have unpluged and rebooted all X1 boxes in your home. Plug the DVR back in first.
FYI if you are a Comcast employee you need approval to be posting in this forum and why aren't you providing us with the solution???
