Unfortunately, the X1 does seem to present a great many issues. I've only had Xfinity for four days (almost four) and it's not just the box...I've had "video outages" 6 times already and never can get audio on the big four networks.
There's really nothing that can be done, IMO.
People here are so kind about trying to help but whoever Comcast has as their coders, there's something not right. I live in Schaumburg, Illinois and to have a provider go down that much from day one and all the other issues....something just isn't right.
