I came here to see if other's had noticed the picture quality issue watching GoT on X1. The compression seems off the charts and dark scenes are almost unwatchable.
I switched to using the HBO GO app on my Xbox One and the quality is much improved. No major compression, looks on par with Netflix and other streaming services.
