(Note the settings text is now hard to read on my old TV. That seems to be the only thing that's actually scaled to 1080. The picture and cable guide look fine.)

OK, so what happened to the FFWD Button? We are NOW experiencing it actually going BACKWARDS when pressed. I have to press the PG-UP first, then the FFWD seems to go in the right direction. Release version 88.1.1

The other day our remote would not FF or Rewind or change channels or anything including getting to settings to reset the box . Everything was frozen solid. I had to pull the plug and reset manually and then all was well so it was not the remote causing the problem.

How do you resync a remote? Do you pair it again?
That blankety blank black 'box' where you can't see what you are typing happened with the forum redesign and Lithium has yet to fix it . Its really really annoying. In order to see what you are typing...go the bottom righ corner and drag the little triangle to get rid of the black. Do that as often as you need to. Ridiculous.

Yes, re-paired them. It worked almost automatically with a couple of them, the screen came up with the code entry. But one of them took several tries and we're still not sure what we did to get it to work, since it wasn't working immediately after entering the code.

Re: Pandora app drops songs in middle of playing
I've cycled power on my Xfinity box and still Pandora cuts off songs. This newer version of the Pandora App certainly could have used more testing. It takes MINUTES to start up. The picture idcons was not worth the update when I'm almost done with dinner when the music starts. Chopping off the songs much longer and my patience with run out with Pandora. There are other services available. Pandora must improve very soon.

Cast bio changes
Why has Comcast xfinity altered the comprehensive actor bios? They used to give plenty of useful information about the actors etc. NOW, they just substituted it with a fancy screens aver size background with date and place of birth ONLY

Well, I got a new box from Xfinity. Swapped it an it worked great. I wasn't able to watch the SD channels as whenever I selected them it automatically sent me to the HD version. But at least when I changed the Video display to SD it would fit the screen. That is unitl I tried to watch one of the movies I purchased. Then it went right back to where I can't fit the whole picture on the screen. Either for the movie or now any of the channels. I have a feeling that this would all be solved if I could just select the SD channels on the guide. But, alas, whenever I select them it automatically sends me the to the HD version.
Any ideas?
