I have a panel in the garage that I was told was the media box. You and Edward did our install about a month ago. Thanks, Irene

Yes,, have taken off the cover and see a splitter with one inny and 3 outties. Nothing currently connected the the splitter. JUst cable to cable directly. Irene on Ridge Rd
Wonering which should go to inny and outie of the two cables currently connected to each other. Afraid I'll lose current connection and mess it up!
If I hook the one that appears to come from the outside to the main and then attach all 3 to the 3 splitters and never connect the 3rd in the house will the signal be lessened? I don't know which of the two cables that are not connected belong to the studio outlet.
Hi RP36, I would like to help and review your services on my side. Please send me a private message with your full name to begin.
Thank you
Same issue here with XG1v4-A box, been going on for a long time, every single recording is pixelated, along with audio out of sync. Also happens on live tv, comcast channels only, internet tv is always fine. Netflix and Amazon fine. I tried clicking on your name, but do not see a send message button. I have refreshed and reset numerous times, never changes a thing. Was really bad for GoT this past episode, but then it played fine live on Monday. Thanks for any advise,

Andrew,
I guess we better have a tech out. I feel half way confident I could connect cables to the splitter, but after that not so confident I can have both TV's and the new remote working properly. Thanks.

Hello, I have this problem on only one channel, live, on dvr, and on demand. Do you have any idea what would cause it?
it can be a kink in the inside line, outside line, moisture in the line, bad (low ohm) connection between a cable end and the connector it is screwed into. there can be egress from outside your premise or egress interference inside your premise. the tech has tools to check this. is the issue on all of your set top boxes?

Yep! Connected a new Samsung TV to my downstairs box and it comes on randomly! Never did it before until I upgraded TV and box
go to your TV menu using your TV's remote and turn off CEC function.

For the past week all my DVR recordings keep freezing throughout the entire episode of anything I've recorded. I have done the refresh system, and restarted the boxes, unplugged them and nothing is working.
next time you see that issue, press the OK button. on lower left does it say DVR or has a white cloud icon in front of DVR?
